• Maximum occupancy is 9 guests.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

• Loud music and parties are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

• Please respect the property, furnishings, and surrounding nature.

• Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

• Any damages to the property or its belongings will be chargeable.

• Guests are requested to switch off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use.

• Illegal activities and the use of prohibited substances are strictly not allowed.

• Outside visitors are allowed only with prior permission from the host.

• Our staff is here to assist you—please treat them with courtesy and respect.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request. Please call in advance.

• The kitchen is open to guests and you may also request assistance from our in-house chef until 10:00 PM for any requirements.

Guest Policy :-

• Day visitors are allowed, provided they do not disturb other guests or cause any damage to the property. Personal information we collect:

• Stag parties are not permitted.

  Parties & Noise:

• Parties and celebrations are allowed, but we request guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Prohibited Activities:-

• Strictly no drugs, weapons, or illegal activities are permitted on the premises.

• Any form of rude or inappropriate behavior towards staff will not be tolerated.

ID & Payments :-

• All guests above 18 years must present a valid government-approved ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driver’s License) at the time of check-in.

• We accept both cash and online payments.

Property Note:-

The villa is surrounded by nature. You may occasionally encounter insects or spiders in the garden area, especially during evenings. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Policy – Cloud Chalet Standard Cancellation:-

• Full Refund: 72+ hours before check-in (5% processing fee applies)

• 50% Refund: 48–72 hours before check-in (5% processing fee applies)

• No Refund: Less than 48 hours before check-in.

Peak Season Bookings:-

• Bookings made during Holi, Eid, Independence Day, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and other peak holiday periods are non-refundable.

Special Cases:-

• In case of genuine emergencies, an 85% refund may be provided if the dates are successfully rebooked. Supporting documentation may be required.

Refund Terms:-

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Partial advance payments are refunded as per the above cancellation policy.

Power Backup:-

• Inverter backup for 2 lights & 1 fan per room, plus 1 washroom light

• Heavy appliances (kettle, hair dryer, geyser, etc.) will not operate during power outages.

Meals & Chef:-

• Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen.

• Meals are served until 10:00 PM.

• Driver stay: ₹1000 + GST/night (includes meals)
